A few things to know about me; my wife and I own a gym, I still personal train, love playing golf from time to time (wink). And I am a big advocate of finding your movement! God gave us these incredible bodies, let's move em, to His Glory!

And if I could have another career I for sure would be a Sea Captain...or at least that's what the career test I took in High School said...so...Ahoy?!"
